Greelish barrister, John Dye, said “I am asked to apologies on his behalf. It was a mistake.

The court was informed Greelish was found speeding by a mobile speed camera on positioned street, Wythall, Worcestershire, while driving a Range Rover Sport in 17 July 2023.

A charge of neglecting to give information to the police relating to the identification of the driver was withdrawn.

Mr. Dye said “Mr Greelish mean no discourtesy by not attending. I am instructed to enter a guilty plea on his behalf in relation to speed”.

After confirming the maximum penalty for his offence was  £1,000, then was reduced to  £666 after a blameworthy supplication from his barrister. Mr Dye told the court, “He can afford to pay that figure”.
